Our leadership team came together for a motivating and productive Management Away Day 2025. Over four days, we celebrated major milestones and achievements across the business, aligned on priorities to successfully close out 2025 and looked ahead to set a strong foundation for Vision 2030.
Organised by HR Asia, the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a program to identify and recognise employers who demonstrate effective HR practices and who foster positive work environments. Winners are determined through comprehensive assessments of both employee and leadership feedback.
Goodhill is grateful for the opportunities to partner with Friends International as well as Cambodian Red Cross-Battambang Branch to provide support to communities affected by recent border events. Through these collaborations, we contributed essential supplies including food, clean water, rice and hygiene kits to those who have been displaced.
What a fulfilling weekend for the Goodhill team! Kicking off on Saturday at Sihanoukville with a Cross-Functional Customer Engagement initiative, our management teams visited the market and shops. Besides strengthening connections with our valued customers, it was a unique learning opportunity for our non-sales colleagues to gain firsthand insights into store merchandising and the sales process, fostering teamwork and promoting stronger internal collaboration.
Our recent Annual Finance Meeting (“AFM”) 2024 brought together 117 colleagues from Phnom Penh and provinces across Cambodia where we operate. Held at Tonle Basac, this year’s AFM was not just a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. It also underscored our shared purpose and aspiration, inspiring a collective commitment to the Company’s growth and sustainability, as well as to our Vision 2030.
With the distinguished presence of Cambodian Prime Minister His Excellency Hun Manet, the 29th Angkor Wat International Half Marathon took place on December 1st. Goodhill is honoured to have participated in this amazing event to support the victims of anti-personnel mines in Cambodia. This marathon also extended its support to the Angkor Hospital for Children and Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital, ensuring these institutions can continue to provide essential care to those in need.
We had an incredible time at the AIA Pink Run 2024! Organized by the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia and AIA Cambodia to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer, this event was held on October 13th at Wat Botum Park, Phnom Penh.
Goodhill hosted a two-day health screening event on October 11th and 12th, in partnership with AIA Cambodia. We were heartened by the enthusiastic participation from our colleagues who used this opportunity to assess the state of their health. These screenings provide invaluable insights that can aid in the early detection and prevention of potential health concerns.

Prior to the grand opening of our new Siem Reap branch office and warehouse, the Goodhill team arrived in the city a day earlier to spend quality time with the students of CHREAV Primary and Secondary School.
