A Meaningful Weekend at Sihanoukville

What a fulfilling weekend for the Goodhill team! Kicking off on Saturday at Sihanoukville with a Cross-Functional Customer Engagement initiative, our management teams visited the market and shops. Besides strengthening connections with our valued customers, it was a unique learning opportunity for our non-sales colleagues to gain firsthand insights into store merchandising and the sales process, fostering teamwork and promoting stronger internal collaboration.

In the afternoon, we shifted our focus to giving back to the community at Cambodia-Japan Friendship Sakura Primary School. We had the privilege of donating books, stationery, bicycles and oral care kits to the students. A project was also undertaken which included revitalising the learning environment with a fresh coat of paint and the renovation of the school’s bathrooms and surroundings.

The next day, our team laced up their running shoes for the 10th edition of the Sihanoukville International Half Marathon. Aligned with the theme to “run for the protection of nature, saving our globe and the well-being of humankind”, our team ran along the stunning Sihanoukville coastline, and despite the physical demands, our team’s spirit remained high as we crossed the finish line with a shared sense of accomplishment.

We then embarked on a relaxing fishing trip, a perfect way to round off as well as to unwind and reflect. We are immensely proud of every team member who participated in and contributed to making this a meaningful and memorable weekend!
