Goodhill has always placed great emphasis on our quarterly sales conference to engage and connect directly with our sales leaders from Sales Supervisors up to Senior Area Sales Managers to align and roll out business and sales fundamental goals. On 13th July, we gathered all our Sales leaders across Cambodia for this conference with the theme Welcome My “CHAMPIONS”.

It was a great learning and sharing session which comprises of learning GHC’s strategic direction, reinforcement on key focus areas in 2018, highlight of key achievements of previous semester (business & fundamentals), alignment on 2nd half 2018 goals, sharing the opportunities and activities required to grow and deliver results by each geographical area as well as sharpening sales training skills of our sales leaders.

There was good exchange between our sales leaders across the regions and sharing of information and experiences on successes and opportunities to grow via specific action plans. We aligned our 2nd half 2018 goals and all sales leaders are driven and committed to give their best to achieve the targets
