On 9 July 2018, Goodhill conducted a training at Goodhill Learning Hub to our team of Olay Beauty Advisors. The training was conducted by P&G Regional Beauty Care Manager together with Goodhill Consumer division manager.

We believe that our Olay Beauty Advisors play a very important role to engage and understand our consumers to help them make confident decisions about their beauty purchases. We have a strong passion to groom and develop them into professional Beauty Advisors. Through regular trainings that focus on product knowledge, soft skills and customer service capabilities, they are able to provide guidance, recommendations and relevant information that connects to customers’ beauty needs and simplify their purchasing decisions.

The session was interactive and lively and there was good exchange of ideas and experiences among our Beauty Advisors. The training ended with the slogan – ‘OLAY ~~ WE CAN!’ ‘OLAY, OLAY ~~ WE CAN’.
