GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Trade Marketing Supervisor based in Phnom Penh, Headquarters to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update Inventory Status for Plan by grouping high inventory, low EXP, new Product Launch,
• Track & Update Sales Performance, Trade Program performance vs. Plan (all KPIs set by TMM and Principal)
• Track Spending of Promotion Trade Program
• Collect Agreement of Program, Track trade program (Initiatives), and Consolidate the progression as per TMM template or direction
• Collect and consolidate Market Data, Competitor Information,
• Be ready for all reports for Weekly Sales Team review, Monthly Business Review with Principal and Monthly Review with Mgt
• Market Activation coordination: visit location, negotiate fee, arrange Team, arrange POSM, arrange samples, track PG performance, and produce reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Data Tracking and Analysis skills: Advance Excel, DMS, Pivot table.
• Performance Management Skills: regular review program, follow-up, discuss, and propose solutions or any plan to deliver Business Objectives
• Communication skills: able to communicate program effectively in the absence of TMM (not available in any meetings)
• Market analysis and Strategy development: Basic or intermediate level of transfer the knowledge from market feedback, competitor activities
• Conduct Market visit with sales team, or with Trade Marketing Manager
• English literacy: ability to communicate in English. Jobs required some interaction with Management or Principals.
