GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Project Sales Supervisor (Lighting & Electrical) based in Phnom Penh, Province to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all direct and indirect project sales
- Handle sales and follow up on key accounts
- Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes
- Public relations
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, condo, designer, contractors, etc…)
- Updating professionals and consultant with latest products and specs, trying to spec our products into their residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate with other divisions/departments to expend product coverage and limit overlap
- Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts
- Generate regular sales report
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor degree in E&E Engineering or Equivalent, is an added advantage
- Product knowledge or relevant industries experience
- Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Knowledge in Ms. Office is required
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Working effectively with others
- Strong problem solving
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
- English proficiency (Writing, Listening, Reading, and Speaking)
