GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Business Finance Executive  based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, verify, and process business claims to Principals in compliance with company policies, contracts, and financial controls.
  • Validate supporting documents and ensure claims are accurate, complete, and properly authorized.
  • Perform financial analysis on claim variances, trends, and cost impact.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify discrepancies and resolve claim issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of claim transactions in the finance system.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archival of claim records for audit readiness.
  • Month-end closing activities related to claim provisions and accruals.
  • Prepare regular claim reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in claim management.
  • Other tasks required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, and claims processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis and data-interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of claims process, validation procedures, and internal control principles.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
