GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor based in Neak Lerng – Prey Veng to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand about area cover
- Manage and build close business relationship with key customers in the assigned territories
- Supervise and drive instruction to sales within a territory to ensure the implementation of coverage plan
- Create and organize route and outlet routing and mapping
- Gather and drive ideas on distribution system and client negotiation terms
- Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets (GHC CBD’s and competitors)
- Manage visibility & availability in assigned area
- Product FIFO
- Carry out trade programs as per the direction from the central team & track the status
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience over 2 years in supervisor role of managing people role
- Language: use English skills with good speaking, listening & writing
- Strong influent the team through lead by example
- Exceptional maturity levels, critical thinking & problem-solving oriented
- Capable to properly engage and communicate to team with clear message
- Holding valid driving license
