GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Route To Market Manager based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
Coverage & Route Management
- Responsible for owning the implementation of distribution strategy for General Trade and Goodhill’s operation including the coverage strategy, route management, and channel strategy
- Design, propose and implement relevant RTM tools and systems to ensure effective and efficient coverage and route management model.
- Execute an RTM Roadmap aligned to sales growth initiatives.
- Align and cooperate with ASM, RSM to roll out and deploy RTM initiatives.
- Analyze, evaluate and assist Sales Team to develop and deploy right RTM
- Distribution Performance
- Monitor coverage productivity and provide direction and guidelines to reach optimal coverage expansion
- Design & monitor initiative to improve numeric and weighted distribution of PepisCo products
Data Analysist
- Understanding of sales data and building the RTM strategy based on the key observations; analyze information and insights against KPIs at a Territory level Sales data analysis & competitor benchmarking.
- Drive continuous business improvement in the sales performance to optimize route productivity and cost efficiencies.
- Territory and Trade Segmentation
- Design customer classification and segmentation based on portfolio objective
- Design territory investment model in collaboration with the operation team
- Field Force Head Count Management
- Plan the appropriate number of the field force headcount in line with coverage
- strategy to ensure efficient & effective headcount distribution
People Management
- Set, monitor & review individual & team development plan
- Provide people development intervention (e.g., coaching, mentoring, counseling) to build team capability and motivation
- Ensure team member’s compliance to the company regulation and agreed business process
Other accountabilities:
- Work closely with Sales team, Trade Marketing, MT to have better alignments related to distribution system, and leverage the system for business growth
- Budget/KPIs management
- Join sales automation projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major
- Experience: 3-5-year experience in similar position, nationwide scope
- Experienced in developing new RTM models/ initiatives as an advantage
- Vast knowledge of coverage and channel management stratey
- Experience in process and project management
- Commercial acumen and good analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Data handling & analyzing
- Fluent in oral and writen English
- Ability to speak Vietnamese is a plus
