GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of HRBP Supervisor based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a central point of contact for HR matters in Food and Technology Cluster
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build work morale, and increase productivity as well as talent retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to stakeholders.
  • Manage existing employee movements (promotions, transfers, etc.)
  • Work closely with OD team to conduct training needs assessment (TNA).
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for timely recruitment including talent mapping
  • Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits and TA teams to verify and ensure the compensations reflex the actual employee performance as well as market positioning
  • Coordinate talent management and success planning in line with relevant talent panel alignment
  • Conduct exit interviews for leavers to find root cause of attrition and propose necessary actions for further discussion
  • Coordinate functional onboarding program
  • Collect information of external trend and best practices that impact to business
  • Maintain the staff attendance and all kind of leave records in an appropriate manner and applicable when needed of reporting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Good knowledge of contemporary HR management and practices including Knowledge of Cambodia labor law
  • Good business acumen and customer focus, coupled with the self-directed ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a practical, thoughtful and inclusive manner
  • Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in business communication both verbal and written of English
  • Good literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Express and professional social media
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management particularly in HRBP role
  • Exposed with relevant HR systems
  • Solid experienced in FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
