GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Assistant Business Development Manager based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall business and Sales Plans, and Volume Forecast
- Setting up various Trade and Channel Schemes, and other Sales Support Activities
- Tracking Trade Expenses and Budget Planning
- Road-to-Market (RTM) Evaluation, Improvisations, and Executions of Activities
- Exploring new customers, channels and categories for opportunities in the market or industry
- Field Force Capability and Training
- Assist in Marketing Activations or other Ad-hoc duties if required
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience and knowledge on the lubricant industry in Cambodia is a must
- RTM, Field Force planning and execution experience of at least 5 years
- Well-versed in creating Business Plans, including Budget Planning and Volume Projection with at least 3 years of experience
- Trade scheme development and deployment experience of more than 5 years
- Have a good understanding of overall P&L
- Ability to convert market insights into business growth
- Independent, and have good initiatives
- Willing to work outdoors in the market very often, and good in following up with customers and principals to achieve win-win situations
- Good communication in Khmer and English
- Good at computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.)
