GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager, Modern Trade based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Monthly and Yearly Target of MR channel
- Deliver Modern Trade Fundamental (Share of Shelves, Share of Distribution, Productivity, Active Stores, CSL)
- Deliver an excellent execution of marketing plan (monthly promotion plan, event activities, visibilities)
- Negotiate Trading Term with Customers
- Form Marketing Plan for Total MR channel (Initiative Plan, Promotion Plan) within budget
- Build yearly plan for Key Account Customers
- Control budget: perform spending analysis and able to allocate resources effectively
- Monthly connect with Key Customers and able to conduct Business Review with Key Customers
- Lead Team (Supervisors, Sellers, Merchandisers) to achieve common business objectives via monthly deployment plan, perform weekly business review, and daily connect of business update.
- Update Store Coverage, Design FJP of Sellers & Merchandisers
- Coach team and build team capabilities (field work, and classroom training)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree from Marketing or Relevant
- Strong in Data Analysis (Excel skill, business analysis skill)
- Strong in Planning
- Be proactive and strong in negotiation skills
- English communication proficiency
- High level of commitment and hard working
- At least 3 Year Experiences in Leading Team
- Strong at Team Motivation
- Experience in FMCG
- Experience in Modern Trade Channel and dealing Key Customers (it is a must)
