GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager  based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sale Performance: commit to deliver strong sales growth
• Availability: grow product and outlet distribution
• Visibility: win primary and secondary shelf display
• Key Account Management: grow key customers via promotion plan
• CSL Management: manage PO on-time and full
• Category Growth: identify potential category growth
• DGDP: maintain daily route coverage plan
• Trading Team Deal: track and propose ideas
• JBP: work with Trade Marketing and customers
• Manage Modern Retail Channel in Phnom Penh

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree from Marketing or Relevant
• Be proactive and strong in negotiation skills
• English communication proficiency
• High level of commitment and hard working
• At least 3 – 5 Year Experiences in Leading Team
• Strong at Team Motivation
