GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Sales Executive, Modern Trade based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management & Leadership (30%)
- Train, coach, and supervise a team of merchandisers
- Set daily and weekly targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and field coaching sessions
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and conflict resolution
Merchandising Execution (20%)
- Ensure planogram compliance and proper product placement
- Set up promotional displays and POS materials
- Monitor shelf availability and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of product displays
Market Visits (20%)
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising quality
- Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions
- Collect competitor intelligence and market feedback
Reporting (20%)
- Submit daily and weekly reports on team activities and market conditions
- Track KPIs such as out-of-stock issues, display compliance, and visibility
Communication & Coordination (10%)
- Coordinate with sales teams to align merchandising with sales objectives
- Build and maintain good relationships with retail stores
- Communicate promotional plans and new product developments (NPD) to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Fair command of spoken English
- Hardworking, honest, and responsible
