1.      Sales Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement agreed area sales strategy to achieve target
  • Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management, prepare sales statistics and related forecasts
  • Follow up and control the sales performance as well as increase sale volume in market
  • Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policy on financial and sales related matters
  • Establish and maintain good contact with all customers
  • Manage perfect store/FMOT
  • Other tasks assigned by ASM

 Job Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or at least Year 4 up
  • At least 3 years experience in FMCG or similar industry
  • Good in management
  • Very good in English level and use
  • Integrity, honest, hardworking, and flexible
  • Proactive mentality and problem solving
  • Proper use of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel, Internet & Email, PowerPoint and Outlook

2.      Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the TMM to develop the activation/demand creation project
  • Implement the field activation works which are included events, sampling, road show, etc.
  • Monitor and reporting the effectiveness of the undertaken activation programs
  • Travel to deep rural for short and long time when the project requires
  • Manage and control logistic and route plan of the operational team
  • Assist and coordinate with the pathfinder to formulate the route plan and also to obtain the permit license from the local authority when needed
  • Execute and monitor the display program to ensure display guideline is followed and display incentive has been paid to customers
  • Make sure all the targeted categories/SKUs are available at the right channel
  • Solve problem, complaint, or enquiry from customers
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Trade & Marketing & Distribution Manager (TMM)

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Marketing, business management or related fields
  • Fresh graduate, welcome to apply
  • Well discipline, Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a team and has strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, Result-oriented, initiative, hardworking, confident, and honest
  • Good knowledge of English
  • PC literate (Ms. Office, internet and email)

3.      Business Finance Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Listing Invoice Credit Pass to Seller for Do Collection
  • Generating D.O and Pass to Stock
  • Receive and Submit Invoice, and Key Sale and Close Stock Moto Team
  • Key and Post Sale for Van sale Team
  • Call to Seller to get P.O and Generating Transfer Form Pass to Stock
  • Count Stock and Close Excel report for Motorbike Team
  • Monthly Checking Credit
  • Closing Stock Van sale by Every Two Week
  • Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor

 Job Requirements

  • Female
  • University student of Accounting, or Finance & Bank (3rd year up)
  • Must be good at Ms. Excel
  • Can read and understand English
  • Hard work and responsible person
  • Have some experience related to Ms. Excel is advantageous

4.      Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Response for daily outdoor sales activities
  • Visit customers regularly
  • High commitment to ensure sales and collection target is met
  • Maintain good and constant communication with customers
  • Reflect market trend of customers to sales prospect
  • Find target customers and increase sales volume
  • Prepare planning and reporting of sales activities
  • Identify sales issue and opportunity
  • Other task assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • University students in similar field
  • Male
  • Have experience is a plus
  • Have good communication
  • Can build good relationship with customers
  • Can work under pressure
