Merchandising Team Leader (Phnom Penh) – 01 post

Main Responsibilities

• Lead merchandiser team to do visibility activity in market
• Prepare market visibility & distribution
• Lead and analyze report from Merchandiser
• Manage Perfect store & budget
• Prepared report and sent to ASM
• Feedback problem in market to ASM
• Training Merchandiser
• Check & Feedback competitor activity.

Job Requirements

• Male/Female
• At least graduated high school
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or similar field
• Experience as sellers or merchandiser is a plus
• Knowledge of Ms. Excel and outlook
• Knowledge of English  (reading,  writing, and understanding)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honesty and responsible at work tasks.
