GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Trade Marketing Manager based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute yearly strategic plan as well as annual marketing program to deliver Growth
- Implement marketing plan within allocated promotion budget and provide feedback to management on the execution of approval plans/activities
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories by putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the sales team
- Flawlessly implement and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Develop understanding of key customers to implement annual promotional plan and marketing programs that will increase visibility and drive velocity within end consumers
- Design and develop trade marketing initiatives to drive volume and relationships/favourability with distributors
- Coordinate with relevant operational personnel on execution of promotion mechanics and logistics, to ensure minimum disruption to work-in-progress via timely briefings and orderly execution and management
- Coordinate the post-evaluation of marketing events and analyse available marketing and consumer research information and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan
- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
- Track and report competitive activities and product offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in Trade & Marketing
- Solid experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred
- Passion and ability to affect and inspire change to drive a culture of engagement and inclusion
- Self-motivated and drive, agile, fast-learner, proactive, team player, and strong attention to details
- Good knowledge of Markets
