GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Trade Marketing & Business Analyst Manager  based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Modern Trade Channel Management

  • Review, discuss and negotiate Trading Term/Contract/Agreement with Key Customers at best effort for GHC.
  • Develop and implement key account strategies incorporation with overall business strategies
  • Manage and achieve Sales & Distribution Target.
  • Manage Budgets on Listing Fee, and all initiative expenditure as per aligned.
  • Develop the promotion calendar and to implement it effectively and efficiency.
  • Manage, lead and motivate subordinates achieve their allocated sales target
  • Develop display & visibility to be more outstanding in trade.
  • Training and/or field coaching subordinate according to needed skills / knowledge
  • Key account analysis in term sales and spending.

Business Analyst Manager

  • Responsible to grow the brand via good biz analysis.
  • Formulate trade strategies and yearly business plan.
  • Develops guidelines recommendations for trade promotion plans, execution across product categories, customer channels and key accounts
  • Engage with sales planning activities, and sales planning development providing effective, adaptable, and usable tools to sales team
  • Check and analyses, and to recommend the areas of improvement with action plan.
  • To conducts feasibility study with new potential biz, and liaise with clients, and conduct presentation to secure the new biz coming onboard.
  • Working closely with all department and cross function to achieve defined business objectives across all products categories.
  • Work closely with principal in term of planning and execution.
  • Report generating, analyses and monitoring.
  • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market

  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analyst/DP/MT and in managerial role
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or relevant
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably with FMCG companies
  • Experience in building yearly plan and budgeting
  • Experience in leading 2-3 staffs
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG industries
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Working effectively with others
  • Strong problem solving
  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
  • English proficiency (Writing, Listening, Reading, and Speaking)
