GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Trade Marketing Executive based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and track trade budget utilization, competitor activities, category trend, and channel/customer development, providing regular updates.
• Support the sales team in achieving the business target
• Ensure the agreed marketing plan is effectively executed across key markets and channels
• Trade trade marketing budget and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely claims and reconciliations
• Manager and supervise PG team to ensure effective brand activation and consumer engagement
• Manage POSM design, production, and execution to ensure strong brand presence in store

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related majors
• 2-3 years of experience in trade & marketing field, preferable in sales of FMCG competitors
• Hard working, dynamic, flexible and team-work
• Good communication, good negotiation skills, Good at analysing, organizing and quality driven
• Good command of English.
