GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Accountant (A/R)/ Senior credit control executive  based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate records for customer master data, ensuring invoices reflect the true aging pattern for debtor reporting
• Responsible for verifying new customer in compliance with Credit Management Policy
• Responsible for weekly review Account Receivable Report and follow up credit overdue/partial
• Monitor and implement operation process improvement for collection and payment activities
• Manage month-end closing which include reconciliation processes
• Power BI – weekly data analytic (Credit Control Management)
• Call sampling customer confirmed balance
• Prepare 6 months credit review by assigned division (analytical skill needed)
• Prepare AR day report (coaching)
• Check and release CEAF (credit extension application form)
• Analyze CEAF report
• Filling CEF, CEAF, CAF, CTF (if any)
• Other tasks assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in Accounting (AR) or credit controller.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skill needed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work under strict deadlines
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (DMS, Sage Accpac, Microsoft dynamic AX, ERP system…
