GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Sales Admin Executive based in Phnom Penh, Chamkardoung to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To do Daily Sale Report
- Process document (Customer over-term and over-limit)
- To do a delivery report
- Record document customer return
- To do process claim (listing fee, DC Allowance, Rebate…)
- To do incentive Sales Team
- Handle E-Commerce team
- To do report customer Master list
- To update sales target in SFA
- Support sales team on the operation (Stock update, Key PO, Promotion…)
REQUIREMENTS
- At least finished high school
- Experience in related field is preferable
- Flexibility and fast learner
- Positive mind-set
- Good teamwork – Be active and hard working
- Has some knowledge of English
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel……)
- BE hardworking, proactive, and has a pleasant personality
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and Good Attitude with teamwork
