GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Sales Admin Executive  based in Phnom Penh, Chamkardoung to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To do Daily Sale Report
  • Process document (Customer over-term and over-limit)
  • To do a delivery report
  • Record document customer return
  • To do process claim (listing fee, DC Allowance, Rebate…)
  • To do incentive Sales Team
  • Handle E-Commerce team
  • To do report customer Master list
  • To update sales target in SFA
  • Support sales team on the operation (Stock update, Key PO, Promotion…)

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least finished high school
  • Experience in related field is preferable
  • Flexibility and fast learner
  • Positive mind-set
  • Good teamwork – Be active and hard working
  • Has some knowledge of English
  • Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel……)
  • BE hardworking, proactive, and has a pleasant personality
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and Good Attitude with teamwork
