GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Senior Trade Marketing Executive based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Brand Activation team (Olay brand)
- Monitoring strengthening on field coaching to BA by daily visit to BA store
- Lead and assist in implementation BTL (Brand Olay) to trade level nationwide
- Coordinate on soft skill training in product knowledge to BA & sales team
- Update all information required (competitor activities, price survey, planogram, merchandiser)
- Push on consumer conversation & recruitment for Olay Brand
- Other assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Lead/Monitoring big team (BA team is preferable)
- At least 3-4 years in similar roles or business category, especially beauty skill
- Be able to work under pressure and ability to work with seller/retailer/team
- Be able to responsible on trade strategy to grow skin business in local context
- Ms. Office is advance
- Fluent in English/Be able to translate train material from English to Khmer
