GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Assistant Team Leader, Bone Scan based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise activation team and responsible for leading team in consumer activations.
  • Pathfinder – seek approvals and necessary licenses to book locations for consumer activations.
  • Develop route plans for on-ground activities targeted to potential consumers.
  • Considers how actions or plans will affect customers, respond quickly to meet customer needs and resolve the problems.
  • Implements effective ways to monitor and evaluate customer concerns, issues and satisfaction and anticipate customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 2 year experiences in marketing, sale or promotion.
  • Marketing Planning, identification of customer needs and challenges, market knowledge, professionalism, leadership skill.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Be result-oriented, initiative, honest, high commitment, positive mindset, team player.
  • Be able to use English communication and writing skills.
  • Microsoft office:  Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
