GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-bases sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager (B2B)  based in Phnom Penh to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.


  • Handle B2B customers and Key accounts
  • Review, discuss and negotiate Trading Term/Contract/Agreement at best effort for GH.
  • Develop and implement key account strategies incorporation with overall business strategies
  • Manage and achieve Sales & Distribution Target.
  • Contribute to achievement of company’s monthly and annual sales target
  • Manage, lead and motivate subordinates achieve their allocated sales target
  • Develop display & visibility to be more outstanding in trade.
  • Training and/or field coaching subordinate according to needed skills / knowledge
  • Key account analysis in term sales and spending.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manage


  • At least 5 years in Sales that mostly deals trade (B2B customer is preferable)
  • Experiences with Sale & Marketing
  • Strong in Negotiation skill
  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other equivalent/relevant degree
  • Conceptual & consultative selling skill, business analytical skill, vision development skill, strategic thinking skill…
  • Initiative, team player, strong commitment, customer oriented, flexible, & opportunity seeker
