Branch Manager 01



  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Meet goals and metrics.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by identifying and providing training needs, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Share/obtain knowledge with/from other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Ensure all staffs in respective branch adhere to the company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the branch credits are healthy at all time.
  • Ensure all staffs in the branch have clear roles and responsibilities (job description).
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movements and penetration.
  • Build a strong team and make the branch “a great place to work”.



  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
  • 8 years work experience in similar field.
  • Proven branch management experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of management techniques and practices.
  • Advance level of English both in writing and speaking.
  • Advance level of computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet & Email).
  • Ability to meet set goals/targets.
  • Familiar with the company rules and regulations.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Results driven and customer focused.
  • Possess leadership and human resources management skills.
