IT Executive
Role Description
I) Duties:
-DMS Installation to SD
-Provide training to SD on how to use DMS system
-Maintain DMS at SD
II) Responsibilities
-Provide training to SD on how to use DMS system
-Maintain DMS at SD
-DMS IT Support Assistant have to go down to all SD to install DMS after
getting approval and make sure that they could use DMS system properly
after installation,
-After installation DMS, he have to provide training to SD staff on how to
use DMS including data entry and generate report,
-DMS IT Support Assistant have to report to IT at Head office of all issue
relate to DMS; for instance, programming error or propose from SD of any
further needed in their business by monthly
