  INSTANT YEAST
  

   Directions for Use: Instant Yeast can either be directly mixed with flour
     or added to the dough one minuteafter kneading
     has begun. Instant Yeast can also be used after
     being dissolved in 35-40ºC water.
   Warnning: Never dissolve Instant Yeast in cold water.
   Dosage: 0.5-1kg of Instant Yeast can be used for 100kg of flour.
   Shelf Life: The Shelf Life is 2 years if stored in a cool and dry
     place. Once opened,Instant Yeast must be used within
     24 hours, or closed tightly and kept in a refrigerator.
   Packaging: Carton boxes of 10kg net(10.8 kg gross) containing
     20 pices of 500g packages
   Ingredients: Natural yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), food
