Directions for Use: |
Instant Yeast can either be directly mixed with flour |

or added to the dough one minuteafter kneading |

has begun. Instant Yeast can also be used after |

being dissolved in 35-40ºC water. |

Warnning: |
Never dissolve Instant Yeast in cold water. |
| |
Dosage: |
0.5-1kg of Instant Yeast can be used for 100kg of flour.

Shelf Life: |
The Shelf Life is 2 years if stored in a cool and dry |
| |
|
place. Once opened,Instant Yeast must be used within |
| |
|
24 hours, or closed tightly and kept in a
refrigerator.
