GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting walk-in guests and/or direct them to the right person
  • Correspond in-out calls and emails and/or forward them to the right person
  • Schedule meeting/appointment either manually or electronically
  • Maintain the reception area to be clean and tidy
  • Facilitate stationary/office supply requests and delivering
  • Prepare stock control and record keeping
  • Prepare monthly reports of electricity, water supply and telephone expenses
  • Data entry of leave record and produce monthly report to supervisor
  • Perform other routine tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduate student in Business Administration or other related fields
  • 1 year experience in related field
  • Able to communication in English (writing and speaking)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Internet & Email
  • Office management and administration skills
  • Basic skills in accounting is an advantage
  • Good teamwork, flexible, integrity, patient and keep confidentiality
