ABOUT COMPANY

GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

National Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements National Sales programs by developing field sales action plans for entire Cambodia’s target areas.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales fundamentals), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
  • Personally observe the performance and in market execution of plans and training need of sales team via in-field visit on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings and score card.
  • Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of sales experiences, preferably with FMCG or Food.
  • Experience in management position.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
