Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidates to fill various positions below to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

HR Admin Executive (Phnom Penh)

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist to build effective recruitment to get the right people and within recruitment lead time.
  • Assist to conduct induction program for new staff (non-management levels).
  • Assist and facilitate the performance evaluation process for non-management levels.
  • Assist and facilitate training preparation/design for non-management levels.
  • Maintain good working environment and discipline in regard to what is meant by “Great Place To Work”.
  • Perform data entry into Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and ensure that all relevant data are up-to-date to produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Filing employee information into personnel file as well as manage employee profile in both hard and soft copy and ensure that compliance documents are in place.
  • Process monthly payment for utilities and other related expenses.
  • Monitor staff discipline in the workplace and performance corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Knowledge of Cambodia labor law.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in HR field preferably from FMCG industry.
  • Computer literate: Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet & Email.
  • Good written and spoken in English.
  • Good interpersonal, facilitation and coordination skills.
  • Strong advisory/negotiation/counseling skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and be able to plan and prioritize own work under tight deadline.
  • Willing to travel to provinces when needed.
