Assistant Sales Manager

GOODHILL Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd., a Singapore-based sales and distribution company in Cambodia since 1993, is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

Assistant Sales Manager (based in Phnom Penh)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel
  • Approach new businesses with effective proposals and/or tools
  • Establish, maintain and promote relationships with customers. Convert all key B2B houses
  • Convert key customers and be consistent in sales deliverables – both in quantity and quality
  • Develop and align priorities across functions like Supply Chain, Finance, WH and other stake holders
  • Communicate with Principals and develop strong business relationship
  • Prepare budget and work within company norms
  • Look after GP and NP. Also control AR of customers 
  • Prepare and maintain customer profile data
  • Brief management on an ongoing basis developments
  • Prepare planning and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly,…)
  • Help customers with Product knowledge and best in class practices
  • Identify sales issues and opportunity
  • Reflect market trend of customers to sales prospect
  • High commitment to ensure sales and collection are met
  • Follow up with leads aggressively
  • Perform other related tasks when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related fields
  • At least 5 years experience in sales job preferable in FMCG company and B2B sales force
  • Strong management skills with understanding of coverage areas in Cambodia
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mix well with people
  • Well organized and strong disciplined
  • Prepare and maintain customer profile data
  • Brief management on an ongoing basis developments
  • Prepare planning and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly,…)
  • Help customers with Product knowledge and best in class practices
  • Identify sales issues and opportunity
  • Reflect market trend of customers to sales prospect
  • High commitment to ensure sales and collection are met
  • Follow up with leads aggressively
  • Perform other related tasks when required
